Our services include a needs analysis, product definition and product specifications. Working closely with a select few approved sub-contractors, we can offer our clients a complete engineering service:

• Engineering to order
  We specialise in manufacturing using advanced automated high-speed CNC machining and turning solutions, as well as conventional turning machines. Our manufactured products include shaft, bushes and other industrial components  such as those used in the industrial, mining, automotive sectors and belting, rubber and plastic industries.
• High pressure water nozzles / Sewer maintenance equipment
  We have developed and manufactured our own range of high pressure water nozzles for cleaning and unblocking sewer and storm water drains, boiler tubes, as well as hose joiners and a self-contained hose joining machine. • Turnkey services
  Dalco is well known for our ability to understand the needs of our clients. Therefore, this has resulted in our participation in the research and development of their ideas - to the extent that we are able to take a concept from design through to manufacture and full production of new components or complete products.
• Reverse engineering
  Through years of experience, we are able to reverse-engineer products and adapt them to suit our clients' specific needs.
• Reports and certification
  Should our customers require dimensional reports and material certification, this can be included as part of their order.  These are then added to our Quality Control Plan which is drawn up on the inception of the job.
• Assembling of components to finished product
  We are able to assemble various components to supply our clients with a finished product.
