Dalco's CNC machining process ensures that items are produced with great accuracy. Multiple items of a product are manufactured to precise specifications, significantly reducing the amount of time it takes to manufacture orders of any size.
CAPACITY
- Dalco offers both small and medium machining and fabrication with lifting facilities to approximately one ton that can be manufactured in large and small quantities to a range of sizes.
- Our lathes range from 2.5m between centres with a 600mm swing over the bed to 1m between centres and 300mm swing.
- Our factory is equipped with the latest in CNC lathe technology, complemented by a 4-Axis machining centre, allowing us to manufacture both small and intricate components as well as medium-size milling work.
- We have both Arch and MiG welding capacity, providing the capability to manufacture using various metals such as 316 and 304 stainless steel grades and most grades of carbon steel.

We continuously upskill and train our staff in order to empower them and ensure we are always able to supply the best finished product. As part of our turnkey engineering solution, management oversees and takes complete responsibility for all processes.
